Chairman

Henry Odein Ajumogobia, SAN, is a distinguished legal professional and public servant with a career spanning over four decades. A graduate of the Nigerian Law School (1979) and Harvard University (1988), he has received numerous accolades, including the University of Lagos Law Society Award for distinction in the legal profession and an LL.D (Honoris Causa) from Rivers State University. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London, 1996) and a founding/senior partner of Ajumogobia and Okeke, a leading Nigerian business and investment law firm. His legal expertise has been recognised through his appointment as Senior Advocate of Nigeria (2003), Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice for Rivers State, and membership on the ICC Court of Arbitration. Mr Ajumogobia's extensive public service includes roles as Minister of State for Petroleum Resources and Minister of Foreign Affairs, during which he served as Head of Nigeria's delegation to OPEC and the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF). He has held significant positions on national councils, including the National Economic Management Team and the National Security Council, and has played key roles in international diplomacy, such as President of the UN Security Council (2010) and Chairman of the Council of Ministers of ECOWAS States.

Ms Dan-Princewill is a seasoned international business attorney with a global perspective, shaped by her roots in Nigeria and the Caribbean and a passion for global harmony and environmental stewardship. Holding degrees from the University of Lagos and two Masters from the University of Houston Law Centre (EENR and International Law), she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. Her career is marked by facilitating international trade and investment, from her early role leading the legal department of Safetag (Nigeria) Ltd., to her current work assisting U.S.-based energy companies and international law firms with due diligence and compliance in Africa. As Chairperson of the Gold and Gemstone Conference and Exhibition (GGCE), a flagship Women In Mining In Nigeria (WIMIN) event, this annual gathering has grown into a collaborative partnership with the African Gem and Jewellery Exhibition and Conference (AGJEC), uniting participants from over 34 African nations.

Mrs. Tope Omage enjoyed a distinguished 35-year career at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), culminating in her historic appointment as the first female Director of Finance. She also served as Director of Branch Operations, overseeing all 37 CBN branches nationwide. Her expertise spans Finance, Audit & Compliance. She has enhanced her knowledge through executive programs at Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, and Northwestern University. Since retiring, she serves as a non-executive director at First Bank of Nigeria Limited and is chairman of Novelty Healthcare Ltd.

Ambassador Regina Edzuwah is a highly experienced public servant with a diverse background, holding a BSc., LLB., BL., Diploma in Theology, and GIA Certification. Retiring in 2017 as Under Secretary of Economic, Consular and Legal, she now dedicates her expertise to capacity building for public servants. She joined Women in Mining in Nigeria (WIMIN) in 2019, championing gender mainstreaming, children's rights, and environmental protection within mining communities. Her dedication led to her election as National Vice President in March 2024, and she was appointed North Central Zonal Coordinator for the Natural Resource Governance Group (NRGG) in May 2024.
